Participant Testimonials
Cynthia Walker
Current Program Participant
"A year and a half ago, I would have considered my leadership pretty good. Now looking back, I realize how much better I am at understanding relationships and people. I didn't know I was missing so much in my leadership and my personal development. It was through this LDP training that I grew in my leadership and overall understanding!”
Mason Mayes
Program Graduate, currently serving at Chick-fil-A in the Operator Development Program.
"Scott taught me to value both results and relationships and how to balance the two so that you don't succeed at one of them at the expense of the other. I also learned a lot about what it looks like to help others when really leaning into servant leadership."
Jeffrey Foster
Program Graduate, Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator Birmingham, Al
"The LDP program is essentially getting a Master's degree in leadership. The opportunity to grow, learn, and have hands on opportunities is far more than what any school could ever offer you."
