Entrepreneurial Internship

The LAUNCH Entrepreneurial Internship is an opportunity that helps you get hands-on experience working in the business.  The Internship will give candidates an experience in developing character, competency, and leadership skills. You will work directly with the General Manager to accomplish the following goals:

  • Understand all aspects of the restaurant’s operations

  • Successfully recruit, interview, select, train, and develop the restaurant team

  • Learn how to grow sales and improve profitability

  • Implement new systems and processes to improve efficiency

  • Develop quarterly customer experience goals

  • Become prepared for any management job

Requirements and Skills

  • Currently enrolled in college as a Junior or Senior

  • Ability to work full-time or part-time

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work on feet for hours at a time

  • Manager experience

  • Ability to work 20-35 hours per week with overtime opportunities


  • The intern’s role for day-to-day operations is to be responsible for the smooth function of their particular side of the house for a shift

  • Assigning and ensuring that the Team Leaders and Team Members are handling their respective responsibilities

  • Valuing and executing our Corporate Purpose and strategies for creating remarkable experiences for our guest

  • Maintaining accuracy in cashier tills and change funds

  • Opening or closing the restaurant

  • Ensuring that catering goes smoothly by working directly with the Marketing Team

  • Planning ahead for the next shift, designing transitions, and communicating with their relieving Supervisor

  • Keeping a constant knowledge of performance metrics scores, identifying growth opportunities, and plotting courses of action accordingly

Career and advancement opportunities available. $15+/hour starting pay for qualified candidates. All Intern candidates must be willing to start at the Team Member level and work their way into the Leader role.  College credit available.
